ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- Two people were hurt and another was taken into custody after a reported stabbing outside the Orange Park Mall Sunday afternoon.
Oraine Rasheed Long, 28, is accused of using a three-inch pocket knife to stab his ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend in the parking lot of the Orange Park Mall, according to a police report form the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
Long was allegedly meeting with the female victim for a child custody exchange, according to Lt. Chuck Wolf with the Clay County Sheriff's Office. During the exchange, Long allegedly drew a knife and attacked the couple. The woman sustained a cut to her arm and the male victim had cuts to his face and abdomen, deputies said.
Long fled the scene in a blue Toyota, but was later located and taken into custody at the Orange Park Kennel Club, according to the CCSO.
Both victims were taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The child was not hurt, but was taken to the hospital with the victims.
Long is facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon domestic and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and is being held on a $150,006 bond.
